13th-21st July: Wild Cornwall at Zennor Village Hall. An exhibition during which Cornwall Art Workshops will run sessions focusing on the beautiful, ancient, and mythical landscape surrounding the venue. Find out more.

Works derived mainly from time spent working on the Kenyan island of Lamu, on the eastern coast of Africa, where Helen painted regularly for 20 years.

The Leach Pottery began its story in 1920 as an emergent creative entity, transforming over the years into the internationally-renowned institution of today. Akiko Hirai: New Work
Akiko Hirai’s ceramic tableware fuses both Japanese and British ceramic traditions. This experimental new collection explores ideas of antiquity and deterioration. The much anticipated exhibition also includes a series of Akiko’s distinctive Moon Jars.
Martha Holmes: St Ives and the Studio
A new collection of landscape and interior works, painted in the summer of 2023 and the late spring of 2024. The works draw on both the soft colours of the land and sea surrounding St Ives, and the warmer, richer hues of compositions created within the artist’s studio.

Mark Rothko: The Seagram Murals
Five of Rothko’s Seagram murals being shown at Tate St Ives for the first time. In 1958, the American artist accepted a commission to produce a series of large paintings for the Four Seasons restaurant in the Seagram Building, New York. Later, he decided that the restaurant would not be an appropriate location for his work. He donated nine of the murals to Tate in 1969.
