There will be disruption to railway services this March, with platforms at St Erth and Lelant being extended to accommodate longer trains.
Network Rail will also be replacing the rail bridge over Bodriggy Street, in Hayle.
Preparation work is under way on Sundays this month and next, then the main work will take place from Friday, 4th March, to Sunday, 14th March.
GWR will be providing replacement buses during the following periods:
- From Saturday, 5th March, to Sunday, 13th March, between St Erth and St Ives
- On the weekend of 5th/6th March between St Austell and Penzance
- On the weekend of 5th/6th March between Truro and Falmouth Docks
- Between Monday, 7th March, and Sunday, 13th March, between Truro and Penzance
