A strident royal blue paint job on a Fore Street, St Ives, property is set to be toned down after raising eyebrows this week.
The property, on the corner of Court Cocking, as it has been seen this week
The building is currently being converted to premises for a clothes designer, who thought the blue would suit a seaside town.
However, the paint scheme goes against local guidelines, as a party from the town council pointed out in a meeting with the business owner. It will now be returning to a paler colour when the weather allows.
