St Ives Town Council is looking for expressions of interest from businesses who would like to develop and daytime food and beverage offer at the Guildhall.
It would suit a local café, pop-up provider, or food creator looking for a new home. The Guildhall is due to re-open in early 2026.
The council is ideally looking for a business which:
- Has significant experience in the catering industry and has been involved with a successful catering business
- Has a strong track record
- Is a collaborator, open to shared and co-located working
- Is committed to customer care, good competitively priced food, and good times
- Is flexible and embraces the concept of the Guildhall as a multi-functional venue
- Has values and a brand identity, which complement the council’s own
