A meeting is being called to discuss the possibility of staging a street party in Carbis Bay to celebrate the Queen’s platinum jubilee.
“We are thinking that we could have a street party at the Carbis Bay Memorial Hall to celebrate this, and need people to help organise it,” said the team behind the idea.
The meeting will be held at 10am on Saturday, 5th February, at the Memorial Hall.
A Facebook event page has been set up here. “It would be useful to get a rough idea of numbers attending, so if you would like to come please could you mark that you are going or interested in the event.”
