Acclaimed comic artist Kev F Sutherland returns to The Cornerstone, Library and Visitor Centre, on Saturday after sell-out session last year.
Whether you dream of creating your own comic adventures, or just want to learn the craft, this is your chance to learn from a master.
Participants will walk away with a comic featuring a strip created by everyone in the class, along with a personalised caricature drawn by Kev himself.
He is known for his work with companies such as Marvels Comics and The Beano, and is now turning his talents to graphic novels inspired by Shakespeare. And he’s ready to teach you how to do it, too!
This hands-on workshop is designed for anyone aged seven and upwards, and is perfect for aspiring artists, storytellers, or anyone curious about the world of comics.
By the end of the class, you’ll have the knowledge and skills to start creating your own comics.
Masterclasses take place on Saturday (31st August) at 10am and 2pm. Tickets, priced at £10, are available from St Ives Box Office, based at the Cornerstone. Call 01736 796297 or book online at stives.ticketsolve.com/ticketbooth/shows/1173656324.
