St Ives Food and Drink Festival has announced the chef line-up for this year’s event, running from 13th-15th May on Porthminster Beach.

Celebrity and local chefs will take to the demostration stage over the course of the three days. The chefs announced are:

Many will be working at the Asado fire pit, which this year has been sponsored by St Austell Brewery. On show will be a range of techniques, cooking seafood, meat, and vegetables over fire.
Jack Stein said: “I am delighted to be working with St Austell Brewery and cooking food to pair with their award-winning beers at St Ives Food Festival.
