There’s just under a month to go to express interest if you’d like to be considered as a food and beverage provider when St Ives Guildhall re-opens in early 2026.

The town council is open for expressions of interest proposals to work with it to develop and deliver a food and beverage daytime offer.
“We are really pleased to be able to offer this partnership opportunity as part of our ongoing development for the Guildhall,” said Kirsty Arthur, chair of the town council’s facilities committee.
“We know there are so many hard-working and passionate individuals working within the hospitality sector, and we are open to considering innovative proposals and alternative delivery models.
“We are keen to seek expressions of interest at this early stage as we want whoever is successful to be an integral part of the design and delivery process for the new service.”
Ideally, the council is looking for partners who:
- Have significant experience in the catering industry and whohave been involved with a successful business
- Have a strong track record
- Are a collaborator, open to shared and co-located working
- Are committed to customer care, good competitively priced food, and good times
- Are flexible and embrace the concept of the Guildhall as a multi-functional venue
- Have values and a brand identity, which complement the council’s own
