Roelof Uys, lead potter at the Leach Pottery
The 45-minute tour gives a fascinating insight into the history of the Leach Pottery, allowing visitors to view its collection and new exhibition, as well as soak up the atmosphere of the original Leach Pottery workshops.
Included in the tour is the opportunity to meet lead potter Roelof Uys, working in Bernard Leach’s studio, and the chance to browse the shop and bring home a piece of Leach pottery.
The museum is open for guide tours only, which must be booked online. Tickets are £10 and include a complimentary guidebook. Free tickets are available for under-18s, Leach Pottery members, those with locals’ passes, and those with free entry vouchers received through a purchase from the shop.
