The external proposals are modest and relate to the addition of an access door and are consistent with the original permission (to which the council raised no objection). The council request that the applicant be reminded that the property is close to the setting of a listed heritage building and proposals should not further encroach or have a detrimental impact on the setting of the important heritage asset.
