Four St Ives organisations have received community funding thanks to money raised through the St Ives Gold Card scheme during 2025.

Following nominations and a vote by local businesses, grants have been awarded to causes making a real difference across the town. These are:
- St Ives Foodshare, £1,000
- St Ives Town Football Club, £500
- St Ives National Coastwatch Institution, £250
- St Ives Community Orchard Café, £250
The funding comes directly from Gold Card sales, demonstrating how residents and visitors can support both local businesses and community initiatives through one simple purchase.
Run by St Ives BID, the Gold Card gives holders access to exclusive discounts and offers at participating St Ives businesses, while proceeds from sales help fund community projects selected by the town’s business community.

“There were so many fantastic nominations this year, which shows just how much great work is happening locally,” said Catherine Cooper, of St Ives BID.
“We’re proud that the Gold Card scheme continues to support both our businesses and the wider community.”
Gold Cards for 2026 are now available to buy from Bayspace St Ives or online at stivesbid.co.uk. By purchasing a card, customers can enjoy savings with local shops, cafés, and attractions, support the St Ives economy, and help generate funding for future community projects, making it a great way to shop local while giving back.
