A planning application for refurbishment works at Kidz R Us’s St Ives Theatre, which will also add a café, has been approved by Cornwall Council.
The main project is due to get under way in the autumn, after the summer season, but work has started on work to improve the roof and the building’s front façade.
The new façade should be inplace in time for the Kidz R Us summer shows.
The project has been made possible thanks to funding from the St Ives Town Deal.
