Representatives of Plastic Free St Ives and the Town Council have officially launched a water bottle refill station for the town.
The station is sited in the wall of the lifeboat station, next to the public toilets.
The group filled their water bottles from the station and are inviting others to join them in celebrating fresh, free Cornish water.
The station was jointly funded by St Ives Town Council and three prominent local businesses who are active supporters of Plastic Free St Ives: The Balancing Eel, Cohort hostel, and the Trevose guest house.
