3rd May: Beltane, May Day Festival at St Ives Community Orchard, 3-6pm. Live music, maypole dancing, a nature reserve walk, and more.

5th May: Celebrating Beltane with the May Horns and May Pole Dancing, at the Guildhall, West Pier, and Sloop Slipway, St Ives. From 11.45am at the Guildhall. Full itinerary here.

18th May: RNLI Land’s End Sportive 2025, a charity cycle event raising funds for the lifeboat organisation.

5th December: Santa arrives by lifeboat to mark the start of the Christmas season in St Ives, from 5pm. followed by the procession to Royal Square and the switching on of the Christmas lights. Find out more on the St Ives in December website.

Kevranna Social Craft Club

Steeple Woodland Nature Reserve Work Party
Everyone is welcome to come along to take part in light exercise in a beautiful location with like-minded people. Meet by the wooden gate on Steeple Lane at 9.30am. FRIDAYS

Penderleath Community Woodland
Work sessions every Friday morning, 10am until noon, at Penderleath Community Woodland, Cripplesease. All are welocme to help carry out maintenance of young trees, with a view to plating more this winter. Park in the car park at Giew Mine, Cripplesease, and cross the road. On the first Saturday of the month the sessions switches to Saturday, 2pm-4pm, so no Friday session that week.
