Kevranna Social Craft Club
At St John’s in the Fields community hall, 10.30am-noon. Kevranna means ‘to share’ in Cornish and this club offers a social space to chat, play board games, swap clothes, and share skills, recipes, and recycling ideas. Find out more on the event Facebook page.

Steeple Woodland Nature Reserve Work Party
Everyone is welcome to come along to take part in light exercise in a beautiful location with like-minded people. Meet by the wooden gate on Steeple Lane at 9.30am. FRIDAYS

Penderleath Community Woodland
Work sessions every Friday morning, 10am until noon, at Penderleath Community Woodland, Cripplesease. All are welocme to help carry out maintenance of young trees, with a view to plating more this winter. Park in the car park at Giew Mine, Cripplesease, and cross the road. On the first Saturday of the month the sessions switches to Saturday, 2pm-4pm, so no Friday session that week.

26th November: Fair Mo at St Ives Parish Chuch, 1pm-4pm, with festive music and market stalls.

7th December: Santa arrives in town on board the St Ives RNLI lifeboat, between 6.30pm and 7pm.

9th December: Charity Euchre Night at St Ives Rugby Club, 7pm. In honour of Tracy Rashleigh. There will be a raffle, trophies, and a wooden spoon prize. Proceeds to Kidz R Us, an organisation close to Tracey’s heart.

9th December: Christmas Charity Quiz, hosted by Liz Noall of Liz’s Quizzes, at the Western Hotel. In aid of the Edward Hain Community Project.

3rd December: Lantern making workshops at St Ives Library and Visitor Information Centre, Gabriel Street.

15th December: Wild Christmas wreath workshop at St Ives Library and Visitor Information Centre, Gabriel Street.

16th December: St Ives Community Choir at Towednack Church, 7pm.

17th December: Cornish carol singing at Fore Street Methodist Church, St Ives, 7pm.

18th December: Carol Service at Fore Street Methodist Church, St Ives, 10.30am.

18th December: Combined Churches Christmas Celebration at Fore Street Metodist Church, St Ives, 6pm.
