An initial line-up of chefs has been announced for the 2025 St Ives Food and Drink Festival, which returns from 16th-18th May.
After a break last year, the organisers are promising a bigger and better event, bringing together some of the most exciting names from the culinary world.
There will also be much more music and a host of other additions to keep the whole family enteratined.
An all-star foodie line-up will include Ashley Palmer-Watts, co-founder of The Devonshire, in Soho, London, “an old school boozer with a restaurant” according to The Guardian.
Look out, too, for Tom Brown of the seafood sensation Pearly Queen in Shoreditch, food writer and veg grower Kathy Slack, and Cornwall’s own Jude Kereama, of Kota & Kota Kai, as well as Dorian Janmaat of Ardor, and Ben Prior of Porthminster Beach Café. More will be announced soon.
Music headliners will be Norman Jay MBE, Ferris & Sylvester, and The Scribes.
