St Ives Town Council is seeking tenders for the first phase of work refurbishing the Old Fire Station, also known as the St John Ambulance building.

As a first stage of the renovation, tenders are being invited to replace the failing slate roof.
The building is not listed, although it is attached to a listed structure and planning permission has been secured for the works.
The deadline for tenders is Monday, 18th November. The tender pack can be downloaded here.
